Seward – Anchorage, Alaska As we make our way between Seward and Anchorage, we will have the opportunity to stop at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center to see native Alaskan animals who where rescued from the wild. Tonight we’ll have a Shabbat service and then the night is yours to explore Anchorage. Overnight in Anchorage.
Saturday, August 24
Anchorage – Denali National Park This morning you will have a few hours to enjoy the largest city in Alaska, Anchorage. You may choose to go biking or hiking along the waterfront on the Tony Knowles Trail, visit a museum, enjoy one of the many outdoor cafes, enjoy the Weekend Market, or shop in one of many cute little stores that line the streets. We continue on to Denali National Park where we’ll have a Pizza Party at the best pizza place in Alaska! Dinner is included and beer is on us! Overnight in Denali.
Sunday, August 25
Denali National Park This morning we wake up bright and early for a Tundra Wilderness Tour of Denali National Park. On our 6 – 8 hour tour, watch for bear, moose, caribou and Dall Sheep as we drive over 60 miles into Denali National Park. This afternoon, we have arranged many optional tours (some at an additional fee) such as white water rafting, hiking, horseback riding, flightseeing to view Mt. McKinley and more! This evening, join us for the Cabin Night Dinner Theater, a lively look at life in Alaska 100 years ago, with music, humor and storytelling. Dinner is included. Overnight in Denali.
Monday, August 26
Denali National Park – Fairbanks This morning is yours to explore the area of Denali National Park. Hiking, Ranger lectures and activities are all yours to enjoy. This afternoon, we travel on the Alaska Railroad to Fairbanks, arriving this evening. Overnight in Fairbanks.
Tuesday, August 27
Fairbanks – Home This morning you are in for a treat as we take you to the home of Mary Sheilds, the first woman ever to have finished the Iditarod. You’ll meet Mary and her team of sled dogs and learn about the sport she still continues today. You’ll tour her hand-made home and visit her garden, with some of the largest vegetables you will ever see in your life! Our tour ends this afternoon. Transfers will be provided to the Fairbanks Airport throughout the day and evening for your flight home.

Cancellation Policy for the Cruise, Pre-Cruise and Post-Cruise Package: Prior to April 18, 2013, there is a $75.00 penalty for cancellation. From April 19 – June 18, 2013, the cancellation penalty is the deposit amount for the cruise, the pre- and the post-cruise packages. From June 19 – July 11, 2013, the cancellation penalty is 50% of the total cruise and package price including the pre- and post-cruise packages. Cancellations made on or after July 12, 2013 and “no-shows” will receive no refund. There is no refund in the event of interruption or cancellation after the start of the trip.
All programs, events and participation are reserved for those who have purchased our Amazing Journeys Post-Cruise package. Unfortunately we are unable to offer individual components of this tour for those who have not purchased this package.
